Today I have came in just to a vital important update related
to manually configuring APN (Access
Point Network) Settings of your Android cells when you face Net Connectivity
Issues on your cellular networks & despite all your efforts of calling
Customer Care & getting Internet Settings from Customer Care fails & you
even went to the service center but the trained personnel could not resolve it
& the issue is still standing straight in front of you as a huge mountain.
So here are the few guidelines which you can follow to solve
this problem…read them carefully or rather it would be advisable if you can
save this entire page on your cell or laptop…Please read the instructions very
carefully…
1) Tap on Application icon
2) Tap on Settings icon
3) Tap on SIM Management
4) Tap on Data Connection
5) Tap on SIM1/SIM2
6) Tap on Roaming
7) Tap on Data Roaming
8) Check mark on SIM1/SIM2
9) Tap on OK
10) Tap on Back
11) Tap on Back
12) Tap on Back
13) Tap on More
14) Tap on Mobile Networks
15) Tap on APNs (Access Point Networks)
16) Tap on SIM1/SIM2
17) Tap on Menu
18) Tap on New
19) Tap on Name
20) Enter VF (VF for Vodafone) & Tap
on OK
21) Tap on APN
22) Enter www & tap on OK.
23) Tap on APN Type.
24) Check Mark on ‘Default’
25) Tap on Server
27) Tap on Authentication type
28) Tap on None
29) Tap on APN Protocol
30) Tap on IPV4
31) Tap on APN Roaming Protocol
32) Tap on IPV4
33) Tap on Bearer
34) Tap on Unspecified
35) Tap on Menu
36) Tap on Save
37) Tap on VF Profile to make it default
38) Tap on Back
39) Tap on Back
40) Tap on Back
41) Tap on Back
42) Tap on Back
43) Tap on Back
Now you have successfully configured New Access Point Network
(APN) Settings manually on your Android Cell.

now you know how to configure the settings of APN on your Android phones, I do

SMS Sent to me by Vodafone Customer Care, but as far as many android cells I
have operated the command line is the same, there might be some variations, but
the basic idea is the same. Hence request you to call respective customer care
of your network provider & cross check the info.
