Hi Friends, Hope you all are having wonderful celebration time
with your family & friends. Today’s day marks the beginning of Durga Puja
across the nation & on this day I have to ask just one question from you
all?
What happened with the much talked about & most wanted lady
of TV News the so called daughter of Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insaan Honeypreet
Insaan was what she deserved @ Delhi High Court.
Let’s examine the sequence of events once again:-
Honeypreet’s Counsel said my client is resident of Delhi &
is afraid of getting arrested hence, I plea for anticipatory bail on her
behalf.
To which public prosecutor said, simply by giving incorrect
address she cannot claim anticipatory bail & hence, her bail petition
should be rejected by the honorable court.
I must congratulate the designated Judge who rejected her bail
petition the following grounds in his judgment:-
Firstly, she’s not permanent resident of Delhi.
Secondly, there are serious allegations against her.
Thirdly, this case does not comes under the jurisdiction of
Delhi High Court.
Fourthly, ask her to surrender as this is the best way left
before her.
Hence, on the basis of these reasons, the anticipatory bail
petition of your client is rejected.
In all this one thing is very clear that the
best way for the culprit in “hiding” is to surrender because if she thinks that
she will escape the course of law by successfully attaining bail by not coming
to the front that’s not possible & she will have to face the consequences
of what she has done & cooperate in the investigation procedure & if
she’s is absolutely innocent then why is she afraid of getting arrested.
Nothing to worry Guys! Justice will bring her
out of the cave of protection wherever she’s hidden as Police has also enhanced
its search operations along Delhi-Haryana Border.
