v Today I am following           Geeta’s return to motherland. It is said that jawans of Pakistan Rangers had located her in the train of “Samjhauta Experess” years ago when she was a kid & that she’s returning to India along with 5 members of Idhi Foundation, Pakistan at New Delhi. Once she lands at New Delhi Airport her DNA test will be conducted in India & then after confirmation of DNA reports, she will be handed over to her family (Mr. Janardan Mahato & Family) of Saharsa, Bihar as they claim her to be their daughter, whom they had lost in childhood & she too is very excited to return to her motherland & family members.

So, it’s my plea to the administration & the state machinery to be efficient & alert enough to stop this type of violence in the future.

v Today’s Feel Good News     Mrs. Sushma Swaraj said yesterday “Africa is a frontier of new opportunities” & also reiterated India’s voice for expansion of UN Security Council. In other words, she advocated for permanent membership of India in the UN Security Council. Isn’t it great, that after PM Modi other ministers of the government are also raising their voice in this regard & with the recent assurance of the US President Obama to PM Modi on his US visit, India is emerging as a strong candidate for the permanent membership in Un Security Council. May that day come soon…

Pawar, Tendulkar & Anurag Thakur felicitate bowler Zaheer Khan in a Special Presentation Ceremony held at Wankhede Stadium yesterday post India-South Africa match & India’s series loss to the visitors by 3-2. It feels great to see other players of Zaheer Khan’s caliber & stature being honored at such a grand arena for their outstanding & glittering contribution to Indian Cricket
